Dr. Nicole Garritano is a Credo Growth partner, supporting leaders and teams to strengthen performance through self-awareness, relational intelligence, and aligned leadership.
Nicole is a doctorally-prepared nurse, certified executive coach, and leadership educator with more than 15 years of experience working within complex, high-accountability environments. Her career spans clinical healthcare, academic leadership, and organizational development, where she has coached emerging and senior leaders, mentored professionals, and facilitated leadership growth within high-pressure systems.
While her background is rooted in healthcare and education, the leadership dynamics she works with — communication under pressure, accountability, team trust, burnout prevention, and cross-functional collaboration — are universal across industries, including manufacturing and operational environments.
Nicole brings a distinctly human-centered and trauma-informed lens to leadership development. She understands that sustainable performance is built on psychological safety, relational clarity, and aligned expectations. Her approach blends reflective insight with practical action, helping leaders build internal clarity so they can create external alignment within their teams.
She believes strong performance is built on strong relationships — and that partnership, not hierarchy, drives sustainable results.
When she’s not working, Nicole enjoys time with her family, strength training, walking outdoors, and meaningful conversations over good coffee.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My coaching style: Warm, perceptive, and relational. I listen for what’s said — and what’s not. I create space for honest reflection while helping leaders translate insight into practical, sustainable action. Insight matters, and so does follow-through.
What gets me out of bed in the morning: A warm cup of coffee, sunshine, and quiet time for meditation.
I get a real kick out of: Anything that makes me laugh: watching my dogs play, listening to my daughter tell a joke, family text threads.
What I most look forward to when working with a new client: Understanding their world — what’s working, what feels heavy, where tension lives — and partnering to design small, intentional shifts that create meaningful change.
Outside of work, you’ll find me: Spending time with my family, cooking delicous meals, walking in nature, reading, and enjoying thoughtful conversations over good coffee or wine.
My dream client: A leader who understands that people development is not “soft” — it is strategic. Curious, open, committed to growth, and willing to look inward to improve outward results.
The number one thing I’ve learned as a coach: Lasting change happens when leaders feel safe enough to be honest with themselves. When insight is paired with intentional action, performance follows.
